When my daughter was in Spain for a year we found that skyping really helped, just seeing each other on screen helped with the sadness of being so far apart.

Hang in there Leslie.Tami@NutmegNotebookhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03734911958992997465noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9172726268459163555.post-42702576152891613842012-05-30T13:24:51.485-07:002012-05-30T13:24:51.485-07:00Me either! And it's OK to get misty-eyed too! It's a mother's prerogative to do so! It's hard to cut them loose, but...sigh...what else can we do?? BTW, I understand what he means about planes...they are nasty places in many respects, but we can't do without them in this modern age. Have a great week!E. I can only imagine the feelings you have about your son and the WORLD! Hopefully he had an uneventful flight (his worry cracked me up - yeah, I totally get that one!) and is settling into his new life. Hang in there, mama - I know it's got to be tough.Shelleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09268130692900152965noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9172726268459163555.post-88451099888328733622012-05-29T12:33:01.311-07:002012-05-29T12:33:01.311-07:00I remember that feeling -and mine was only studyin...I remember that feeling -and mine was only studying abroad.

So my question is this?
